Your process with BEP
From first enquiry to application.
BEP coordinates communication. The responsible agent carries out the professional assessment and application submission; the authorities make the decision.
1. Initial enquiry with BEP
Establish your goals and family composition. Personal documents are shared with the responsible specialist only with your consent.
2. Preliminary assessment & due diligence
Assess eligibility and prepare the initial documents. Due diligence clearance constitutes pre-approval for Vanuatu citizenship, provided the client meets all Main Application requirements. Final citizenship approval remains subject to completion of the application process and the competent authorities’ decision. The due diligence fee is stated to be non-refundable.
3. Application & government decision
Complete the application with the required certified documents and English translations. Payment milestones are confirmed in writing before the process starts.
4. Oath, biometrics & passport
Following approval, the remaining citizenship and passport steps are arranged. The location, timing and cost of in-person biometric enrolment are agreed in advance.
Prepare with confidence
What we clarify with you.
Documents & timeline
Typically, a passport, CV and police clearances are required, followed by civil-status, financial and other evidence. An individual checklist is prepared after preliminary assessment. The provider indicates approximately three months with complete documents and payments; a fixed processing time is not guaranteed.
Mobility & personal planning
A second passport does not replace an individual review of entry, residence or tax rules. Your options depend on the destination, residence and personal circumstances. We establish your needs and coordinate appropriate specialist advice where required.
